talk about *** of the earth, these guys take the cake. They are all about deception, Be Careful, as a matter of fact don't ever, and I mean ever go there.

Pieces of ***: John Farley, Anthony Panarella, and the twenty people who bully you with lies. Go Screw Nissan of Queens. The Nissan Corporation should ban these guys from selling cars.I have a little present when I go to sue them. They never even got the lease signed.

But I am sure the feds will be pissed when they discover Nissan of Queens fraudulently photocopied my name on to a lease. Rot in Jail a@%bags

Nissan of queens is the worst. Just got crew on a new suv,

Now i am stuck with very high payments for 6 years.

Alex, elliot and the other people that works there will treat u nice on till u sign the contract. then there mean..

the service department at this dealer is the worst i took my car there because it had a tremble they told me that it was an idle problem and that the computer need it to be reprogram. after they did that my car now has a constant vibration when i point it it out to them the mechanic told me it was normal and that it wasn't that bad. i told him that i had an older car that didn't do that which is a ford and he told me that it was like comparing apples to oranges so i asked him if what he was implying was that my 97 ford is better than my 2008 nissan his answer was well i cant fix it and walked away and this r the proffessionals that we trust to work on our cars [what a joke] i will never go to that dealer againg and just take whatever money i spend there as a lost

This place sucks! They told me my car would be ready in two days.

It is almost two weeks later. I call, get put on hold three times til they finally hung up. I call back for answers. Finally I get someone.

He tells me they are still waiting on a part. I complained about needing my car and answers. He tells me it might come saturday. He said I could drive it til they get the part.

I told them I cant pass inspection without the part. He says in a cold voice "oh yeah. I got to take it to be inspected too. So Im not expecting my car anytime soon.

This place really is the worst.

My family purchased three cars there since 2005. My next car will be anything but a nissan!

The service people at Queens Nissan are the worse. First off they sold me a faulty car with an issue with the eject button on the cd player.

The eject function kept grinding even when the car was off. I took the car to them 4 different time. The last time was when my battery ran dead because of this. Now they said they are ordering me a new radio..

stay tuned based on what I've read from others hear i'm sure I am in for more dissapointments.. Never again will I buy a car from these guys.

Agree with the reviewer they are the absolute worst when it comes to car dealers. Endless problems with the Service Department at this dealership.

It usually takes them more than one visit to even diagnose a problem with cars they are supposed to be servicing on daily basis. The dealer sold me a faulty vehicle and it took them three visits to the service department to fix a FACTORY PROBLEM. The icing on the cake has to be the *** valet service. Nissan hires a company called Elite Valet Services to provide valet services.

One of the 'valets' from this so called company backed my car into another car parked behind it- IN FRONT OF MY OWN EYES.

There is substantial damage to the bumper, and of course no one feels responsible. Will never do business again.

when you first go in to this place it looks friendly and looks attractive nice tv free popcorn coffee,but then the horror show begins,they make you wait forever for answers everyone from the girl who answers the phone to the sales advisors make you wait and constantly put you on hold if your calling in for information.If you leave your car here expect to be without your car for days until it's fixed..never again go to bayside nissan instead ..station road..
