Last month, I went to Nissan of Queens (93-25 Rockaway Blvd, Ozone Park, NY 11417) to help my mom(80 yo) buy a new car & not get taken advantage of! Well as soon as we get there, we were passed off to a different person, who I havent originally been in contact with.
Next, this salesman pulled a bait & switch on us. Oh sorry, we dont have that car that youve originally located in our inventory, its been swapped out! Ok, what do you have then? Long story short, as I had to head back to work cause they were taking forever & ended up leaving my poor old mother to fend for herself!
As soon as I left they broke their promise to me & hit her with the Sticker MSRP price, all kinds of extra fees & at the end to top it all off, sold her the most expensive package/products!
We went back there to complain but, got nowhere. We are now looking to take them to court to hopefully get justice & rectify this matter, once & for all!!!

I WAS ORIGINALLY PISSED AT SERVICE AND SALES HELPED ME
I CAME IN WITH A TRANSMISSION ISSUE ON MY 07 ALTIMA THAT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY IT WAS IN SERVICE FOR A FEW WEEKS BEFORE RAVI EVER CONTACTED ME I CALLED AND I GOT DOMINICK ON THE PHONE BY ACCIDENT SINCE I NEEDED SERVICE... HE LISTENED TO MY ISSUES AND DECIDED TO TRADE ME OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND EVEN THOUGH MY CREDIT WASN'T ALL THAT THEY HAD MY MOM CO SIGN AND THEY GOT ME APPROVED.
I WENT FROM MY POS ALTIMA TO MY 2016 ALTIMA AND I LOVE IT.
THANK YOU DOMINICK AND THANK YOU NISSAN OF QUEENS I WILL REFER ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO YOU GUYS. AS FOR SERVICE YOU SHOULD ACT MORE LIKE YOUR SALES TEAM

Amazing staff and management
So I came by on a Sunday due to running over a nail and getting a flat tire, however service was closed and instead of turning me away and sending me to a tire shop. Leo and Tom had their prep guy Steven help me out and pluged my tire. Thank you again guys.
They stick you with unwanted warranties
They lie and stick you with high interest rate and extra warranties that you don’t want and even threaten when you don’t accept their terms they are not clear with their numbers any lawyer help is like being force to buy or else we keep your deposit not trustworthy
Nissan of Queens bad repair center
I leased 2016 altima SL in August. in October the same year it developed a knocking sound every time i stop after driving for a few mins.
I took in in to nissan of queens and i was told that it is normal and the car needs to heat up properly. the noise continued it got really bad so i took it back in Feb 2017. they pulled the dashboard down and replace the heater assembly. i took the car in on 11.21.17 for a service job oil change and was told that i need a throttle cleaning, they charged me $484.42 then called me up a few days later and told me i was over charged by $100.00.
On 6.18.18 i took the car in for service oil change and inspection renewal and i ask them to check out my brakes, cause i had drove through some slushy garbage a few weeks earlier and there was a little squeaky sometimes. they replace all the pads and resurfaced the front and back rotors, $666.32. i still get the squeaky noise every time i am reversing and apply the brake and they didn't even change the inspection sticker.
I don't want to deal with them any more. there are the worse

1st, they didn't have the car i really wanted, the salesman was trying 2 sell me lemons! I finally chose a 2013 sentra with 83 thousand miles+!
I left a down payment of 5,000, the car was priced at 6,995 so why is my total 13,196.00. Then after i left, y the salesman calls my cellphone and tells me 2 take a picture of the front& back of my mastercard and send it to him? What was that all about?
I'll be in for my refund today! They're not getting no 8,196.04 balance from me 2day, just refund my 5,000 back 2 my account and im out the door, dont wanna make a seen.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! my boyfriend purchased a 2015 rogue on Labor Day.
He was told by his salesman Mike that the vehicle was "certified" and that he would provide us with the certification inspection paperwork, he also stated that because the vehicle is certified that it would come with 2 keys. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle it was given to us dirty and without a full tank of gas and of course only 1 key. So for the last few weeks we have been getting blown off by the staff at Nissan of Queens, playing phone tag etc etc. Mike said he could not find the other key but would mail it to us, last week when we called to follow up he now says that he is trying to contact the previous owner for the key.
Then he proceeds to tell us that if we had purchased the additional insurance we could have put a claim thru for another key ( in which we would have to pay a deductable). Why should we pay anything additional for a key he told us was included. And now he can not even produce the certification inspection, he stated that because we did not purchase the additional insurance the vehicle is no longer certified. Oh and lastly the dealership never even changed the oil and filter so I doubt the vehicle ever went thru the shop for a used car safety inspection.
This place claims they strive for 100% customer satisfaction and that is nothing but a joke, as soon as you sign on the dotted line, they do not care if you ever buy from them again. Everything this guy Mike said was BS, so not only have they lost my business in the future, I will be posting my experience on all social media sites as well as launching a complaint with the BBB.

No good no good the sell you Extended service for$ 5000 i caught up with them they giving me a run around to cancel, been 6 weeks since i ask to cancel this all of them keep lying it was done then it was not done i regret buying a car from this dealer also i put 8000 down payment my monthly payment is 508 for 7 years do the math people also they said they delivered the vehicle to me for 6000 omg i had enough of this nonsence i am going to court to put an end to this enough also i will return vehicle so they wont make a commission that 5000 bunch of lairs

Well I went to get this new car I put$8000 down payment on this car and with a credit rating of 690 ,rogue cost 29800 that what they never told me ,also my 8000$ down payment just was never counted as a down payment I am paying$ 507 a month on this rogue well be paying that for 5 years someone please help I need someone to really explain this I am contacting state attorney general

FIRST IMPRESSIONS DO COUNT
I WAS IN A JAM AND THESE PEOPLE HELPED ME OUT AND MADE SURE I WAS OK WITH MY KIDS, DID THE MULTI POINT INSPECTION WITH ME AND EXPLAINED THE FUNCTIONS OF WHY I NEEDED WHAT I DID THAT DAY. I REALLY LIKED IT WHEN I CAME IN TO THE TIME I LEFT.
I WILL BE COMING BACK. I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AS I SAT THEIR, BUT THEN AGAIN EVERYBODY HAS A DIFFERENT SITUATION.
I ENJOYED MY ADVISOR AND HE MADE MY TIME THEIR FUN. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND I NOTICED ALL THE EMPLOYEES GOT ALONG AND ONE HELPED THE OTHER WITHOUT ASKING AS IF THEY ALL KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR

bought a car here for an amount not agreed on down payment not what was agreed on and got basically screwed. spent so much time here and was worn out. do not come here to buy a car, nasty people work here... they should really close and start over, everyone i spoke with had a different story and a different explanation as to certain fees are concerned.

Nisaan Recall
This place is such a joke and everyone that works there ( minus the girls behind the desk for car rental) has no idea what they are doing or talking about. Went to have my car serviced for an issue with my key not being read.
When I dropped it off I was told and I quote, "it's 100 percent the starter is the problem, and since that part was recalled on this car the service and labor is FREE" . I was told this by my advisor ROBBIE and he even had a mechanic come out to reiterate the issue and assured me it was the problem. Fine. They told me my car would be ready the next day so I agreed to pay one days fee of a loaner vehicle.
The next day Robbie calls me with "very bad news" of course that's now NOT the issue, and they can't figure out what the problem is but either way I'm to pay already a charge of 450 in diagnostic fees. Needless to say 8 days later I finally get back my car and all they did was disconnect my low jack system. No new parts involved and I doubt more than 20 minutes of "labor". When I called numerous times to ask to speak with a service manager, they connected me to "joe" whom I later found out was just a dispatcher, and had no clue what he was talking about nor did he make sense.
On top of this I had to pay over 200 for the loaner car. So a bill of 700 and 8 days later to disconnect a low jack? Now I have my car back the check engine light is on. Wth?!
Robbie was totally condescending and RUDE as well as Sandro and JOE the dispatcher. On top of being misdiagnosed, misquoted and rude service, These people are crooks and scam artists and it's no wonder they have an F rating with BBB along with terrible reviews. I'm suprised they are still in business and can't even begin to express the level of dissatisfaction I have had with this place. Never again will I come here and to be honest after this I'd rather WALK then buy a Nissan ever again.
I'm disputing the charges and will go all the way to court if I have to. Shame on you and you business.

they took advantage of my inexperience when buying a car
On October 16, 2012 my son and I went to Nissan of queen located at 93-25 Rockaway blvd to purchase a new 2012 Versa for his birthday.At the time the sale consultant Miss Zully Arellano told me the sale price was 17,700 with tax and fee the total value is 20,191.09 I told her I will give a down payment of $10,000 and he finance the balance of $10,191.09. In May 2014 the car total and the insurance pay the balance of the loan of $18,973,64 Then went I ask the bank to sent me a copy of the contract I was so upset went I read the contract Nissan of queen only put $3,500 for Nissan service contract out of my $10,000 that was not the deal I try to work out the problem with supervisor but he saying nothing At this moment I feel I am a victim of financial,mentally, and emotional This is a crime and these people must know this behavior is not accept
PS that same day the sale consultant drive me to the bank for the Down payment $10,000 and I give her the check I am a 58 year old woman who work very hard for my money Sometime I can't get out of my bed with pain I can't believe Nissan of queen abused me financial Please help me someone It will be APPRECIATE I have copies of all paper also copy of check that Tom approved to change for $10,000
